I used the Barefoot Contessa Chocolate Cupcakes and Peanut Butter Icing recipe, but since the theme of the birthday party was Crawfish Boil I created fondant crawfish as decoration. To simulate sand, I used graham cracker crumbs.

Crawfish Cupcakes: Chocolate Cupcakes and Peanut Butter Icing
